Returns Eligibility:

• Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of original purchase.

• Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging or condition suitable for resale.

• Items returned after the 30-day return period, or items that have been used or damaged by the customer, will not qualify for a refund.

Return Process:

2. Upon receiving your return request, we will provide detailed return shipping instructions.

3. Ensure that items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to confirm they meet our return policy criteria.

• After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Disputes & Damage Claims:

• If the returned item is received damaged or in an unsellable condition, Culinr reserves the right to decline the refund request.

• In such cases, we will share photographic proof of the damage with the buyer to ensure transparency.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, the order will be canceled, and your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
